Once we have received your order, any amendments can be made up to 1 week before delivery date depending on availability.
In the event that an order needs to be cancelled, a full refund will be given if we are notified at least 48 hours notice before delivery date that you wish to do so.

Yes. We take ‘Morning Coffee’ table bookings before 12 midday. Please visit our ‘Bookings’ page to make a reservation.

Gift Vouchers
Yes, we have a choice of either monetary or Afternoon Tea gift vouchers which are available to purchase through the website to download and print at home.
No. All of our gift vouchers are available to purchase either online to print at home or are available in store.
All of our vouchers have an expiry date of 1 year from the date purchased.
Yes - on the payment page, please enter the full 16 digit voucher code at checkout. If you have an ‘Afternoon Tea at Home’ voucher - delivery charge will apply and payment by credit or debit card will be required.
No, unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged vouchers.
No, the full voucher amount must be used. No change will be given.
