Macaron Masterclass

Join us for a Macaron Masterclass! 

Almondine was born out of a never ending desire to perfect the macaron. It took us around a year and a half of practicing and tweaking to come up with our own unique recipe. We are now ready to share that recipe with you! We are delighted to offer macaron classes at our macaron HQ in Aberdeen. We will guide you through each step of the process. From making the macaron shells to piping them out and filling them with delicious chocolate ganaches. This is a beginners class, no baking experience required! We look forward to welcoming you to our production kitchen soon!

£75pp (3 hour class) and refreshments will be provided. Masterclasses will only be available on a first come first serve basis. No extensions will be permitted or alternative dates offered. More information will be emailed to you closer to your booking date with class time and location, please check your junk folder also.

• This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash & full amount must be redeemed.
• Damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged.  
• No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen, expired or destroyed vouchers.
• Valid for specific course dates only and no extensions or alternative dates will be offered.
• Maximum class sizes are for 6 people and will be available on a first come first serve basis only. 
• Any cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to your chosen class date.
